Regards to adding additional email in receiving SmoovPay notification email for every successful transaction, we regret to inform you that we are unable to support this currently.


However,  we would like to suggest a workaround for you.


You can go to your email setting, select forwarding email to your designated email address. To forward only the SmoovPay Confirmation email, we suggest you put the Title: "SmoovPay:Notification of Payment Received from"as your keyword or put "noreply@smoovpay.com" as your filter parameters so that the system will only forward SmoovPay confirmation email to your selected receiver.


We have requested to our management to build that feature. But after a series of discussion, they decided to put on hold for security reasons. Operators shouldn't receive confirmation email other than the account holder since monetary figures are involved and should be kept confidential.
