All Singapore credit card are enhanced with 3DS function where One Time Password are sent to mobile upon making online transactions. Other countries might not have this 3DS feature so to accept non 3DS card,please follow the steps below:
-Log in to Smoovpay merchant portal.
-Go to Merchant settings tab
-Tick "Accept non 3DS card"
