Refund made via SmoovPay, below are the estimated timeline which the cardholder will receive the money credited back to their Bank Account.

- Local Card Payment

For payment using Singapore Credit/ Debit card, estimated time would be 2 to 5 working days for banking process involved

- Overseas Card Payment

For payment using other country Credit/ Debit card, estimated time would be 3 to 15 working days for banking process involved
