Only the admin merchant or operator with refund permission can process refund.
- Please click the "Payment Received" or "Full Payment History" (https://merchant.smoovpay.com/payment/index) and search for your transaction.
- Click "view" to see the details of the captured transaction.
- Scroll to the bottom of the page and enter the full amount (our system by default will auto-fill in the full amount) and click refund.
Please note that we do not charge any fees for full refund. It's free to refund.
