Only the admin merchant or operator with refund permission can process refund.
 

  1. Please click the "Payment Received" or "Full Payment History" (https://merchant.smoovpay.com/payment/index) and search for your transaction.
  2. Click "view" to see the details of the captured transaction.
  3. Scroll to the bottom of the page and enter the full amount (our system by default will auto-fill in the full amount) and click refund.
 
Please note that we do not charge any fees for full refund. It's free to refund.
