- There will be a first withdrawal assessment which will take approximately 5 working days to process. The number of days for assessment will depend on a case-by-case basis. To expedite this please drop us a ticket.
- Fraud Activity Detected
- Our automated fraud detection system will set off an alert whenever a suspicious transaction is made. A subsequent holding back of any withdrawal for the corresponding merchant will be automatically activated and will only be cleared after our investigation. If you suspect a case of fraud, please report a ticket to us.
Please note that we process withdrawal on monthly basis (1st Friday of the month).
- A minimal of S$500.00 is required in your account to trigger the auto withdrawal process.
- A minimal of US$4000.00 is required in your account to trigger the auto withdrawal process.
For any early withdrawal request, please allow 3 to 7 days (dependant on bank) for the bank to process the transfer.
