- We process withdrawal on monthly basis (1st Friday of every month) without additional fees for withdrawal amounts <$500 SGD or <$4000 USD

- Merchants can request for withdrawal at any point of time, $3 applied for withdrawal amounts <$500 SGD.
Please note:
- For first withdrawal, we will have a withdrawal assessment for merchant. This assessment will take around 5 working days. To expedite this please write in to support@smoovpay.com.
- For subsequent monthly withdraw there will be no delay.
- Please remember to fill in your bank account number so that we can transfer your money to you automatically.
