This is the feature to allow your "Operator" to create an instant payment on your behalf during your action. Please be informed that the feature only allows you to create SGD currency payment.

Step 1.  Proceed to login with authorized email and password

  • 1.1 : Enter the email address that you have created as an "Operator"
  • 1.2 : The password that you have set earlier during the creation of the Operator account



Once you have successfully login, you will see the screenshot as shown in Fig 2.

Step 2: Instantly create a payment amount to be paid by your customer

  • 2.1 :  Amount - Amount to be paid by your customer
  • 2.1 : Title - The purpose of the payment (e.g. Invoice Number)
  • 2.3 : Description - The description of the payment 
  • 2.4a : Pay on this device - To be used if your customer is by your side and ready to make the payment 
  • 2.4b : Pay on other device - QR code and Payment URL will be generated by the system. You are required to forward it to your customer to make a payment

If you choose "Pay on this device", the system will redirect you to SmoovPay Secure Payment Page as shown in Fig 3:

If you choose "Pay on other device", the system will generate a QR code and Payment URL as shown in Fig 4:

QR Code: You may screenshot the QR code and forward to your customer, once your customer had scan the code, they will be redirected to SmoovPay Payment Page to make the payment

Payment URL link: You can copy the URL link as shown below the QR code and forward to your customer by SMS, Email or any other form of communication Device with Internet Capability. 


To track on the status of the Payment, you may click on the History Tab as shown in Fig 5

In the event you do not have a website, or you wish to store a template for similar payment, "Template" tab would be a best choice that suit your needs as shown in Fig 6.

Step 3: To create a Template Payment for repeated usage

  • 3.1 Amount (SGD) - Amount to be paid by your customer
  • 3.2 Title - The purpose of the payment
  • 3.3 Description - The description of the payment
  • 3.4 Create Template - Click on button to save the template 


To start using the template, click on Transact Tab as shown on the screenshot Fig 7.

Choose on the template that you had created and stored earlier. 


Lastly, choose on the method that you wish your customer use to pay accordingly.
